How to use the HOT gel pack -
Make sure the gel pack is at room temperature before heating. Ensure the gel pack is not leaking before heating or application. Overheating may burst the gel pack.
Always carefully test the temperature of the gel pack before handling to avoid any risk of burns. How to use the COLD gel pack -
Insert the cooled gel pack into the sleeve. Wrap the sleeve around the affected area and secure with the adjustable strap and Velcro. wrapped too tightly and affecting your circulation. Repeat the process again if necessary, after 2 hours. Ensure that it’s not wrapped too tightly and affecting your circulation. Repeat the process again if necessary, after 2 hours.
